In 1999, me and a group of church youth with some adults were roaming the island to find a suitable place to play on weekends. There were few to be had. When I called the NParks back then, they said they were in the process of negotiating something with MOE to use school fields. It took them 6 YEARS to implement this! Shows you what kind priority they place on sports.

yea, i already watched this long time ago..still very funny

i like the fantasy showdown-at-carpark part, where the guy nutmegged the cop and goes 'OLE'

also the part where they ignored the 'no soccer' sign, saying, you can play soccer here..just that you cannot do this pose (pose like the symbol in the sign)

What a heartwarming story. It's terrific social commentary as well. Really well done for a super lo budget indie.

How true about the heartwarming part. My tears almost came out during the last part of the movie when they finally found the field they could play in.

Simple but yet brings across a strong message.

    Outstanding Singapore Short Film!
