Anyone knows where i can get a replacement battery cheaper?

The Price of the original simply sucks.

If you get "for infolithum battery only" when u use a subsitute battery for this model of cybershot how do i get around this problem?

What are my options

I am also in need of a new battery for my P8, model number NP-FC11.

What are the good OEM brands out there and the price range.

I hope to buy an OEM battery charger, BC-V615,
instead of using the camera to charge it for travel.

Hi, is this the one that you bought or it's the original made in japan sony FC-11 battery?
i wonder why i keep having the same problem with this generic battery, either it says insert info-lit battery or it's battery life drains very fast, could it be the camera itself the camera can still work well only problem is the battery although full charged once in the camera works for only less then 1-2 mins it would display low battery power and shut down. Anyone care to share their problems?

I bought the original NP-FC11 that is made in Japan from Alan Photo and not the third party battery.

I talked to the guy at AP and he said that you cannot charge third party battery in the camera.

yes i saw it, i asked the guy he quote me $70 before GST wah.... i think better ask a girl to buy it maybe can get cheaper hehe, lucky me just met a campmate, and working at kodak wonder if he can get me a new cam with discount.

I have a good condition original NP-FC11 and original dual slot charger avilable for sales if anyone interested, I am asking for $110. Will not sell seperately.

This is the spare battery and charger for my Sony V1. Only if I can sell the spare battery and charger first, then will sell the camera.
