i love storm clouds for the drama and itensity they bring to a picture as you have well captured here. horizon seems pretty tilted and i would remove the spot on the center of the right edge as well as on the left of the horizon (even though it might be an actual island) as they are somewhat distracting.

Thanks for your advise...I do know there is a spot at the right extreme which is from a tree leave...as for the left side...that spot is actually a island itself...normally I try not to crop my composition...

No...just set underexposed -1 2/3 stop with Hoya S-hmc CPL + 1D mk2 saturation & cntrast set to the level 5....
