Tethered shooting with F828?

Hey guys (and girls),

I've read a bit about tethering my digital camera to my notebook so I can save directly to the notebook. Most of the information I found on this topic was based on Fuji and Cannon but I have a Sony F828. Here are my two main quesions:

1. Can my Sony F828 be tethered?
2. If so, how exactly do I go about doing this e.g. Software, firewire (as opposed to usb) etc etc. and if this is possible with my camera, do the images just appear on the notebook screen directly (kinda like a slideshow presentation) or do they just simply save to a folder. I guess that might relate to the software

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

dunno wats the meaning of tethered... but to wat i know about 2., there isn't a software that F828 can utilise for the direct capture.

If i remembered correctly, Sony do not provide TWAIN capabilities with their cameras... so no tethered shooting for F828...

Oh... I see.

In this case, Cyrus, it cannot be done of Sony F828.
