Marco and close-up need to be in colour look better.Just my point of view.

Thanks for your views. Just to share my view - I enjoy colour work, but the way I visualise it is how light bounces off the subject and how the shadows form. So B&W helps to realise my vision before I clicked the shutter. Also I find that converting to B&W also strips away any distraction from lighting and composition, and I find its more difficult standard for nature as the shots have to avoid looking clinical or scientific. Colour is easier in this respect.
