battery rating query

3rd party battery EN-EL1 rated 7.4V 1200mAh
original nikon rated 7.4v 680mah

Want to know can use or not?
why the difference in the mAh?

higher 'mAh' means can last longer in the cam.. wun spoil it.. but recharging time will be longer as well... from the looks of it.. will take more than twice the chraging time since it's more than twice as powerful
