I took my C700UZ to Olympus to fix the hot pixels etc and they told me it will take one week leh! Wonder what's up. The last time my ex-C2040 was fixed within the hour.

do check the camera when you collect it. one week's a long time.... |

mine was around 30 mins.
Did you ask for the old kindly uncle? Unless their computers are down, it would take that long....

It was a lady....maybe just my luck? Perhaps she was an admin personnel who wasn't clear about the procedures so anyhow say one week? Anyway they called and said the cam was ready for collection....today's Wed, I took it in last Thurs...less than a week.
