Not just a butt, but a rare one indeed. This is the Euthalia adonia pinwilli (got id from Papilio's site). Didnt know that it was a rare sp. until I found the out it's id. It was busy feeding on the red flowers and remained still long enough for me to take several shots. By the way, check out the visitor's centre next time you are on P.Ubin, my otters pics are on permanent display there! Cant resist a plug for myself.

Thanks guys for the feedback. I should have moved in closer to the butt so that the DOF is better and make the backgr not so messy. If I happen to meet with Mr Green Baron again I shall try it out! By the way, there are lots of butts around on Ubin these days. Observed that there are more than normal, esp the butts from the Danaidae family. Most of them dont stop long enough for me to take any shots.
