I feel... so alone
![]() Was walking near Speakers Corner today, and saw this little family of 4 skinny kittens and their mother, they look sickly and underfed. There is a kind soul who is probably feeding them tho, as I noticed some plastic containers with water nearby ![]() |

Aww liddle puddy tat......
Looks like it was about to pounce on the leaf if it moved again. Cats seem to be in their own world.

Nice picture.
Is the cat the size of the leaf or the leaf is the size of the cat? It looks so small |

Dolly,
Great capture there. I concur with the rest, the deliberate use of lots of empty space and the composition emphasizes the feeling of loneliness and helplessness of the little kitten. The kitten also resembles one of the dry leaves being blown about by the wind. Love the caption too...really fitting. Thanks for sharing! ![]() |

It's a real pity the leaf at the bottom is cut out, especially since the kitten is looking at it.

did you just took pity, took picture and left or try to get some food for them?
if you see someone about to kick a little kitten, do you stop him in time or wait for the right moment to take a shot of how cruel he is? if you choose the latter, you are not anywhere better the one who kicks it. Last edited by surge; 24th May 2005 at 10:15 AM. |
