If they actually can get this sort of display somewhere in Orchard Rd, I'm sure it will attract attention of some women.

Saw it before... think it's only available in Japan?? not sure on it. If they really promote, it will really attract attention. However, that is how bad Pentax Marketing is.

Just did a blind test with 5 female colleagues who's best camera is their handphone and all 5 readily said they will buy or or definitely interested from just the photo.

    Marketing opportunity missed here

Bah... Cannot recommend to others Q system already... Your photo too good, potential adopter will feel "cheated" that they can't do the same shot after buying..

    Haha! ;P
    Kidding! Amazing shot bro!

    Put it this way.
Everyone starts with the same RAW materials.
I just try my best to show what it can do.

    The invasion of 'progress'

There used to be this serenity around the edge of Punggol with its wide open fields.
I cycled past the area every weekend and always thought "I will photograph it next time".
But when 'next time' came, all has changed.

    This one speaks to me
Punggol is very quickly losing itself, hiah.

I live opposite the waterway and within one year it has changed from a un-obstructed view of the waterway to a whole mess of construction projects.

IMO, Most ladies prefer just a camera + a lens that they can easily stuff into their handbag. it is very unlikely that they buy a whole set of

lenses. Anyway the bags of lens are very attractive & the Q camera you shown there is very cool.

    Totally understand....
I've cycled around Sgp quite a bit over the years.
Lots of green spaces are now gone.
Especially so, suddenly over then last 2-3yrs.
I cannot imagine the impact on the micro environments.

Just the blind push for monetary progress.

I don't know what will be left for my kids in their time.

Recently, I seem to keep having flashbacks of my old days.
I was suddenly reminded of Dick Lee's song 'Life Story'

    Don't get too emo

that's why I started to dabble in photography , to capture all these memories so in future I can share them with my kid.

Even for me who just hit 30 , I can see how much 'lesser' of a childhood the current kids have in comparison to mine.
