Alexandra Hospital Butterfly Trail

Anybody interested to go? Tomorrow morning say about 9am meet there. Those interested fast fast confirm. I have no idea where it is yet so i'm still searching. I guess i will end up taking cab

Or can anybody tell me what MRT to where ah?

wah.. why so last minute?
well if it's the hospital, then it's best to go dover/clementi MRT and then take 14.. alight right outside the hospital.. but is there a trail??

Frankly i have no idea but i just got the info and so decided to go. Want to join? Come on. I need somebody to go along cos me sure get lost wan.

Hi,

There is a small area designated for butterfly trail.. it just a small trail...
not like Macritchie, Botanic garden kind.. but still got quite a bit of butterflies.. managed to capture some today..

1. Coming from Queensway shopping side, walk towards the AH
hospital.. you will see a bus stop.. next to it will be an entrance.

2. Once thru the entrance, go down the path.. turn right.. you will
see a signboard indicating butterfly trail.. I was afraid I might be
not find it.. but when I go there today, it was rather obvious..
besides, there will be plenty of butterflies to guide you anyway..

heh heh dover or clementi MRT, can take 14 there (in the direction towards buena vista)... hmmmm get off 1st bus stop after AYE (it's the stretch of expressway, where the bus will turn left and you will end up at a bus stop wif AH on the LHS... i really feel like going... *flip coin

From bus-stop 1 - take 195

Stop at Queentown MRT, go to the left bus stop (near Police Station) and take bus 195. Alight after IKEA bus stop.

heh u take from dover/clementi, you stop on the same side as the hospital + u will see the hospital b4 the bus stop.....
u take from all the others, u haf to cross overhead bridge (i hate overhead bridges)

alight at commomwealth... think that the nearest station..

cross the street to the bus stop..

not too sure which bus go but if i din remember wrong, 33 can go to IKEA..

Hey guys, thanx for all the quick reply. Now i'm even more lost cos there are so many ways to go there. I don't mind the bridge so i guess i'll stop at Queenstown and go from there. Apart from all the info i'm getting, is there nobody interested in joining me??? Come on. I'll be there at 9am (if i don't get lost) Can contact me at 9424 9554. If can confirm now then we meet at Queenstown MRT better

haha why 9am? did u get a tip off that some chiobu is gonna pass by? or do the nurses knock off at that time or something? heh heh... that'll be a booster for me to go... will call u when i reach the station (or clementi, then i'll meet u at AH) ba...

got to work OT, then after that got dinner with gf ma ( cos bd ) so again cannot join up for fireworks...

I won't lie to you la. There won't be Chiobu or nurses but i'll pray tonite so maybe something miracle might happen

Anyway, if confirm then we meet at Queenstown MRT at 9am. Once to hot butterfly all get fried by the sun la. No butterfly once to late. Confirm or not???

Well, it was suppose to be about butterflies but i caught this 2 flys in the act

Comments will be good. Wish i could have taken another shot but i guess they were kinda shy
