Photoshop crop size different from print size

anyone with this experience ?
set the crop to certain measurement but photo turned out bigger when printed...
trust that there's a solution but i'm too bodoh to figure out

Not quite sure what you saying... Are you saying that you cropped the pic at 4" * 6" but when printed out on normal 4R, it's further cropped?

you need to state what your settings are and how did you output your picture.
