Default Where to buy a small piece of polarizing film?

I need a small piece of polarizing film similar to the one listed in the link below. Does anyone knows where in Singapore I can buy at a cheap price. I don't want to pay more than $10 for it. The one in the link looks right except with the shipping cost thrown in, would cost a bit more.

    Polarizing Filter (2.75 in. x 2.75 in.): Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific

If you just need to hold one in front of your lens, use your sunglasses

Not all sunglasses are polarized. Mine aren't.
