Default What if number runs out?

Was wondering what if Canon/Nikon made a 900D/90D/D90 and there's no more space left what will they rename it to? Just kind of interesting

Add a X or a S infront or behind lor...

Or just plain old fashion 'Mark' I, II, III, IV, V.... etc

    let's say Canon has a 40D.

they'll just put another "D" in front.

    40DD

Numbering schemes have changed several times in the past. When it's time, the number will change to another format.

40DD? Hmm I don't think my hand is big enough to hold it

    I mean the camera.

Yeah, squeezing it might be a problem.
    I mean the shutter button.

can go back to the beginning number lor.

    like D110, D1100

but why bother about this? just let them go and figure out.
ain't we suppose to get the camera is for the usage, not for the name? well, at least for me.

suffix G might be required if yours is EF1200mm Canon.

There is an infinity of numbers to use, so don't worry.
