Question How do I tripod-mount my 5600HS(D) Flash?

Just wondering, what do I need to mount my 5600HS(D) flash on a conventional tripod. Thanks

be gentle when screwing it in. The base is plastic while the screw is on tripod base is steel, too forceful or too fast may break the thread or plastic stand. Be careful.

No need. Minolta flashes are very capable wireless flashes. Only need to mount them.

BTW. Did the OC1100 have a tripod screw below?

The OC1100 is just a cable to connect the body's shoe to a flash or other flash accessories.

Edit: OS1100 is a off camera shoe. It has a tripod screw mount according to B&H. Other sources indicate that there is also a ISO shoe at the bottom.

Cheers!
