Does FZ5 has bulb mode? Or is 8 secs the longest exposure time that FZ5 can do?

Anyone expert in FZ5? let me know whats the deal with bulb mode for FZ5

I also noticed that why in Shutter pri mode, cannot zoom while picture being taken.. sigh
