Default some photos i took recently

This is my first DSLR, have been using it for the last few weeks, shutter count less than 2k. All photos below are taken within the condo area i'm living at.
    Please give comments, thank you.

I like the first and last one..but a closer crop might be better.

for 1st pic, I'd prefer closer crop, and more DOF,
can see that the wing is already OOF. What aperture are u shooting at? wide open?

and normally when shooting butterfly macros, try to get ur sensor parallel to the wings, so that u can make the whole wing sharp

thank you squalle and S11loop, i will take note next time.

regarding the frame, i used turbo photo and the frame is already inside the software itself. you just need to choose the font size and what data to put on.

I personally like the one with the water droplets on the leave. It gives me a refreshing look and feel. I think you have done well on the shots. Cropping (from what I've learned from this forum) is subjective and up to personal feel. No right or wrong lah. It depends on what you want to tell or show.
Speaking of ART is USELESS if one cannot FEEL anything.

agree with zeckson , sometime is the technical aspect that we need to learn from our mistake , sometime is just the way we present our style and for this is no right or wrong just up to personal style
