    Thanks, glad you like it, this is the recipes. I have a thread on recipes but was not updated

    Ingredients:
    1kg glutinous rice
    some mushroom
    five spices powder (五香粉)
    Pepper
    Salt
    Boneless chicken leg cubes marinated with light and dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper overnight
    salted duck egg yolks
    chopped garlic, ginger, onion and dry shrimp
    Oil


    Preparation
    1.Mix five spice powder, light soy sauce in warm water and soak mushroom in it. Keep the sauce for the rice later.
    2.Glutinous rice soaked in water over night.
    3.Drained water from glutinous rice.
    4.Heat the oil and add chopped garlic, ginger, onion and dry shrimp to stirfry. Add glutinous rice to stirfry. Add dark soy sauce, salt and pepper to rice and mix well, keep aside for use later.
    5.Place chicken cubes, mushroom, egg york, then top up with layer of rice in an aluminium bowl.
    6.Add the water from 1 to cover over the rice

    Method:
    1.Steam for 1 hour
