Hi Phantasia
Hope you dont mind a suggestion
For the water shots - with waves rushing to shore, it would be more interesting and pleasing if you used a neutral density filter to reduce the amount of light so that you can expose the images longer.

The blury effect on the water with the blue sky will yeild interesting results.

Thanks for sharing your works
Cheers

Hey trigger! Thanks for the suggestion! Of course dun mind! Yes i believe it would be nice to get the silky smooth effect for the waves. But frankly, i'm only using a compact p&s and dun really intend to get the adaptor for n.d. filters at the moment. But might try it out next time if i have the chance.

Beautiful photos how you get so nice photos are east coast park, u must have went very early in the morning? coz i can never get a shot there without people in the photos...
For the "branching out" did you use any filter? Like this a lot as well as the sun rise one.
Thanks for sharing

Thanks alot CLQ! Actually most of the photos are taken towards the evening..around 5-6pm. Except for the sunrise of cos, which is around 7am. I stay quite near east coast, so rather convenient for me to just drive there in the evening. Regarding people...i guess its better to go during weekdays...alot less crowded compared to weekends.

No filter used for the shots. I find that for landscape...the timing and weather is the most important. Try to go when u haf clear skies...and during the "magic hours". The rest about composition is really subjective...
