Default Monsoon day

Hi guys, went to the monsoon near my house to take some pic. The image were edited and was trying out some effects using PS and Picasa. Some were just snap shots. Tell me what you think abt them. Do hope to learn a thing or 2 from all the experts around the forum.
Thanks in advance

Ya the noise were from editing cause the pic abit under. It seems ok when I preview it on the LCD but once loaded onto my com it became too dark... already set my lcd blacklit slightly lower but still not much help.
Oh btw the old man was just enjoying the sea breeze. He keep looking at me so I kay kay aim something behind him then snap when he not looking

The IMG tags need to have URL that points directly to the picture or jpg. Apparently if the URL has reference to PHP program, then the photo will not be pulled into here. Very strange.
