Default Help - Insert threaded hole in speedring

Hi Everyone - I've been trying to locate a shop here in SG that would allow to put a threaded hole in one of the hole in my speedring so that I could attach the speed ring straight to my light stand(my speedring has an extra hole). That way, it would help to reduced carrying the weight of modifier from the monolights when using heavy and large softboxes.

Do you know anyone here in SG doing this? if not, do you have any suggestion to achieve this?

My speeding is similar to this:

Just approach any hardware companies (those that sells screws, bolts and nuts, and those who sell metal pipes). Ask for this, telling them the diameter and thread size. Agree on a price and pay them to do it.

Around Blk 1010 Tai Seng there are a lot of metal workshops. But I suspect you can find them in many other areas as well.
