it looks overexpose to me.... or maybe is the "flare" in my monitor

Yeap... its overexposed. The white washout areas in the background should be avoided if possible.
The pic lacks contrast and colour saturation, you need to PS it a little. You fired the flash? Looks like too much of it. Compositionwise - the branch is competing with the bird for attention.

Keep trying. Giving comments is the easy part...hope you don't mind.

Default Be careful....with the backdrop...

Hi Amir....

You need to watch the backdrop/background . In this case the light is bright in the background through the tree canopy. If metering was based on the whole scene....the image will be darkened...then the KF will be in the shadow/shade - dark.....so what could have been done here is a fill flash on the KF.....
