oh so u got the twist knob locks? just like my old 190B also. If CP or elsewhere got no parts for you to mod your tripod, then sell it. 190B is quite popular no matter knob or lever version. Sell it then buy another one new or second hand with quickrelease lever.

I have the original 190 and hated the twist/screw locks on the legs. When manfrotto introduced the snap-on locks for the 190 series (a few years back), I ordered just the snap-on locks from ruby... had to wait a few weeks, but it's worth it! You might want to check them out.

I also have a 190B, but unfortunately I lost one of the screw during one shoot out. Now I cannot use the tripod. Any idea where I can get the screw or sparepart?

Unfortunately I am not in Singapore. Maybe someone can help me when they go there? These are special screws as they are opposite of our normal screw - normal screws we turn clockwise to lock but I have no idea why Manfrotto make these screws the other way - turn anti-clockwise to lock. I have tried to find it at few places but can't get it.
