Has been seeing the recent S'pore Arts Fest's posters at train station. Was wondering how to create those effects? Looks like some kind dye dissolving in some solution (water?).

Anyone here has any knowledge?

You can just drop food dye into a clear glass tank and shoot that against a green screen. Or maybe one of the stock photo CDs have it.
