Whose nest is this?

Hi guys,

Any of you know what species of birds build such nest?
The nest is empty now, not sure when is the mating and breeding season.
I have seen some photos that indicate they are weaver birds.

Taken in Singapore, and not in bird park?? Then it is the nest of the Baya Weaver. It's unfinished and the male bird is probably gathering more material for the nest.
