    Last time 4mp is sufficient to print 8r. Now not sure if still can or not

    i think what TS is asking is whether technology has improved to the point that new techniques render old ones impotent.

    I am using 2MP, 3.2MP and 4 MP cameras. What to do. No money to buy latest high MP cameras.
    Not complaining. I happen to like the photos from the 3.2MP Lumix DMC F-1 very much.

    That was my first compact digital camera! I'm amazed that the battery still can last!

    Actually, i think handphone camera produces better images than old 3.2mp camera. I post this comment after looking at some old photos from my sony p71.

    I feel technology has certainly improved by leaps and bounds compared to 10 years back.

    But for 4R print outs of my travel photography shots, I feel my old 3.2mp is adequate.
