Cheap Studio Flash lightings & Equipment.

I have recently set up my own budget home studio. And was wondering if this is adequate? A friend in Malaysia (an avid photographer) bought 2 brand new set of studio equipment and sold one to me for S$1500.00. The set comprises of -

3 units - 600ws studio flash w modeling lamp
1 unit - 120 x 80 Soft box
3 units - umbrella (one white, 2 black)
3 units - stand for lamps
1 unit - 4 way bounce 110cm ( white, black, gold and silver reflector/bounce)
1 unit - snoop w removable honeycomb lid
1 unit - transmitter for camera to flash wireless sync.
1 unit - 9 feet white backdrop.

the equipment are from china, and works perfectly. but would like to know if i got a good deal?
