This could be a dumb question but I'm really clueless.
I need to make some passport-size photos, not for making passport or anything official, just need to be in that size to use with some application forms. Can I use my digital camera, take a shot of the face, and then use home printer to print out into passport size? But how do I do it? Is it the printer or is it the software? Can someone kindly guide me as I'm clueless about this? Thanks. ![]() |

You can take a shot of the face and use the software that was given with your camera to print. In the software, you should be able to print passport sized photos by selecting the option to print several copies of the photo on 1 piece of paper, be it A4 or 4R size. The software adjusts the size of the photos automatically to fit the number of copies you select to print on 1 page.

The software that came with the cam is Arcsoft which has the program photoimpression but I've looked through it, no such feature. How now?

I'm not sure which version of photoimpression you are using but you can try this. After selecting the photo, click on the print tab. Then look for the page layout tab and click on it. From there, you should be able to select the photo size.

Thanks for your help, katana. I, in fact, found another Canon CD which has photorecords, and it has that feature to print passport photo. Just done it.
Really thank you for helping out. Cheers! ![]() |
