Any one using Sigma 300mm F2.8?

Hi, is there anyone out here using the 7D with the Sigma 300mm F2.8?

If so, can you share with me your experience with this len, especially on the focusing speed and the image quality using a 2X TC? I would also like to know where you get the len and how much you pay for it.

There's no need to reply to my post anymore.

I've just checked with Sigma Singapore, and was told that they don't bring this len into singapore. Seems that they rather prefer me to get the minolta version, which cost perhaps much much more...

Hmm...really cannot understand their logic.
