Steps/Stool

Don't know what is the proper term to use for this piece of equipment which allows you stand above the rest. But see a lot of photographers using them at various events. Where to buy one and how much?

LOL!!!!

I knew this thread would be bound to appear anytime. Now we have two-step ladders, whats next? Five-step ladders, then maybe hydraulic lifts? A whole scaffolding just to hold 20 photographers suspended 5m in the air?
