Default tripod for video?

Hi people,

sorry for another tripod recommendations thread but I am very confused after reading about tripods.

My requirements,

1) lightweight for travelling, impt (tripod prefably <1.5kg)
2) required to mount a D70 with kit lens so similar. No heavy lens in the forseable future
3) need to use for my sony PC1000E video cam. This is the confusing part, do I need a special head to do a video pan easily?
4) not too expensive. prefer to get one below $200. Can up budget to $600 if there is a compelling reason to.
5) need to be easy and fast to set up.
6) I am 1.8m tall.

The most impt things to me is light and easy to setup for video and stills. Stability is not super impt. As long I can take in 90% of the time, a little shake in winds is acceptable.

Any specific recommendations for tripod and head? How about slik sprint pro? Does it allows video pans?

Want to have some target models so I can go and ask price.
thanks.
