    1. in what area is critique to be sought?
    exposure control, point of view. composition

    2. what one hopes to achieve with the piece of work?
    exposure control in outdoor, to get a pleasing point of view

    3. under what circumstance is the picture taken? (physical conditions/emotions)
    noon with bright sun

    4. what the critique seeker personally thinks of the picture
    quite pleased with exposure. point of view may be a bit low

    Suggest cropping away the bottom part of the photo (railings etc) in a square crop to draw more attention to the subject (loving couple) and to simplify the image.
    you can buy better gear but you can't buy a better eye

    ya, this is good.
    Create a suspense of what they are looking at.
