Default NEW Minolta Stabilising Lens

Uhm... seems that while I was sleeping last night.. all my lenses become stabilising lens...


Hhahaa... just for fun.... go Dynax 7D....

I will trying a screw mount lens on 7D and post some pictures... el-cheapo 500 f8 Kimuro lens, which i pay $40 for it... just for fun... though I don't think the picture will be good... but for $40 worth a try..

hehehe... yeah... and futher more... I am going to buy a lens from Des... 15-30 Sigma EX

My pocket is very thin now.... opps...

On behalf of the lens, I thank you.. hahaha.

Else, it will likely sit in the dry carbinet once I get my APS lens.

BTW, anyone know if the Sigma APS selling in SG already? I wonder how much it will be.. (hope no surprise.. )

Hee hee, AS won't work...

Just try (potentially dusty), switch off shutter lock (which do not allow you to release the shutter without a suitably chipped lens, like your screw mount), don't mount any lens, set manual mode with a relatively slow shutter. Release shutter, look at CCD, CCD does not move -> AS not working.

I was trying that out when I was planning for a short fan-ad of the 7D... so sad, cannot film AS in action...

if you don't mount any lens, and when you press the shutter, the LCD will display no lens leh.

You've to set the shutter lock (erh.. can't remember exact name, but in the custom menu) off, so camera will still release the shutter without a lens.

Aiyo... I know I always got typo lah... but I did say must switch off the shutter lock ley...

(Wah lao Drudkh, you carry your kit to work everyday ah? I envy you... Can't bring camera to my workplace... Want to go shoot after work etc also cannot)

Get the Minolta/Tamron one... I have the Sigma one as u know... and the thread size is a killer 82mm...
