Thread: Date in the evening

  1. #1

Default Date in the evening what area is critique to be sought?

I'd like to receive a feedback on the composition, technique, processing.

2.what one hopes to achieve with the piece of work?

    Capture a nice spontaneous portrait.

3.under what circumstance is the picture taken? (physical conditions/emotions)

Spontaneous portrait. Just asked my girlfriend to smile and took this one. No posing, no session, no preparation, no lights, just daylight and camera.

4.what the critique seeker personally thinks of the picture

I'm very subjective here as she's my girlfriend, so obviously I love it

Like the smile in her face, very natural. The lighting is good, but I prefer to have slightly more contrast for the photo. The composition is good, but it will be nice to have more space at the right hand side, and slightly less space at the left. Good Job.
