I don't know about the pixel exchange policy. I bought it at the IT Show a few months ago, and verified pixel-free on the spot before buying.

As for tv-box, I don't use it as I already have a tv tuner card in my pc.

I think this monitor is great value for money. Never regretted getting it.

got the VX715 for $458 incl FOC DVI cable and optical mouse.... cybermind simlim sq

i think for a 17" with dual input its very good cheap!!!.... if you are not a gravid gamer, which i'm not

i tried running some video through it and its quite smooth at 100% size (through DVI input)

as far as I noe cybermind has a 1-1 7days exchange policy for 1 bright-pixel and above for the VX715. details from Viewsonic singapore here: http://www.viewsonic.com.sg/kbase/article.php?id=5

its 2yrs on-site for servicing and 3rd carry in (total 3yrs warranty)

I got mine too. Bought from Fuwell @ lvl4. The VX715 really lives up to its name! Excellent colour output the surpass my CRT!! No horse run man! Compared with my cousin's Samsung 710T, can really see a diff, and its price is awesome! Comes with DVI cables and optical mouse too.
