Were you one of the crews there or help up or reporters? Alan is my idol since I was young and I can sing 98% of his song, so does Hacken. I hate watching concert in Indoor Stadium as there is no photographt is allowed, furthermore, it is so much more expensive compare to in HK. When I was in HK watching concert, there are no restriction on photography at all and the stage is so much nicer plus the cheap fee. Heard it is almost par for Hong Konger to watch concert or to catch a movie in cinema. Dont know how true

Anyway, nice photos but why is there only portrait? Any photo for the stage and the crowds?

Cheers!

nice shots, tricky lghting but good effect. Is #1 a bit out focus? there's something about the pic that I can't put my finger to it.

Where you one of the official photogs? I thought they have strict rules on photography in concerts.

I am not from the media/press, just an audience, sitting at the 17th row.

I was quite late that night, due to a big jam near Kallang MRT station.
Are you sure photography is not allowed? The security personnel never even check my camera bag. Maybe the concert was about to shart.

So you know 98% of their songs. If you are a big fan of Alan, you should be at least >30 now,

Me too, I know almost all of Alan's songs.
But frankly, this is the first time I went for his concert.

Think the crew will kaciao those p&n cams flashing off. I think they are more concerned about videography.

For my mum, she wasn't searched when she went in this Wed, she knows how to siam. So i guess if you really wanna take pics you still can do it. She has done it before with a small SLR and 70-200/2.8, but only 4R pics can view lar (ie slight blurring). heh....

Lovely pic. I still listerning to Alan's song which was recorded in 1993 where two albums will be release a year, one right b4 CNY and one in the mid of the year and it was cassette!!!

Didn't really listern to recent Hacken's song liao, find him limiting himself by not daring to try on other style of singing, still prefer his 红日period. Time flies..... sigh!!!

hahaha

There was a gentleman seated in front of me, photographing the event with his digital camera. The staff approached him 2 or 3 times to stop. But i think the number of people with digital cameras was just too overwhelming..... the staff can't be bothered after a while :-p

Which means I was lucky. Nobody approached me to stop......
Anyway, thanks for all your comments.......

I think the photos are not sharpen properly (note the "halo" on the edge of the subject) & it could also be the effects of noise reduction function.
