Default Laminate Prints?

Dear All, I just got hold of some old prints. Mostly black and whites from 50s-70s. I'm thinking of laminating them to preserve them. Anybody thinks this is a bad idea? Please advice.

Thanks.

Nope, I think you would be better off getting some acid free sleeves(rare in Singapore I was told) for them.Lamination is something permanent and if not done properly(it happens), your prints will be damaged.
