Got an advice from a friend that you must always shoot a picture of the first dish. So was standing by already. Luckily, the lighting was very nice. Btw, the location is at Hyatt. Maybe next time you guys can bring this pic along and tell the banquet captain to have the same lighting. Cheers. Once again, thanks for all encouraging comments!
