    Default Recommendation for camera bag

    Hi,

I have a 5DM2 with a 85f1.2. I am looking for a very compact sling bag to carry them around.

    Any recommendations? ^_^

    Cheers,

Yes Terence, please try a search. This question is asked about 2-3 times a week, and many members have extensively shared their experiences already.

Most importantly, do some research. Go to the shops in Funan and look at the bags on display. Buy one that suits your needs, budget and desired looks

    Any budget?

Best is go down to the shop and check the bags out yourself, get the one that you like most.

I usually go with my Undfind One Bag that I got it free from my bro in Australia, not sure if this bag was sold in Singapore or not though. But this bag is a great bag, small and light, can carry my 7D and 1 or 2 lenses. I can even remove the separators in it and it became a normal bag.

    quite pointless to ask. why?
because in the end..if u think the bag is ugly for you. You probably wouldn't want to use it anyway. This is too much personal preferences not just specs or etc you can get from the internet.

Bring your gear down to the shops n try. Best.

    Hi,

Thank you very mcuh for all your advice so far.

I forgot to mention that I also have the additional battery grip to my 5DM2. As a result, I have difficulty finding a suitable bag.

I am also thinking of bring my camera down to the shops to try, but in the end, I only want to get a 2nd hand from the CS forum. As such, someone with similar gears as mine will save me some time searching.

    Thank you all again! Cheers!

Just sling the setup on your shoulders (show it off)

A 5D+85/1.2 isn't really that small, but with the hood reversed, it should fit into many 1 camera bags.
As suggested, the best is that you go to shops and try, remember the brand and model and look out in BnS, since you mentioned you only want to by 2nd hand.

bring ur camera to shops like TKfoto/cathay to try? at least from there u will know what u want, easier to search BNS in CS than waiting for ppl reading ur thread. Cathay Photo is a good start.

You have a very unreal mentality on this. Why?
    - no price budget
    - no idea what kind of bag you want
    - looking for 2nd hand bag, so no helpful person can give you a price or tell you more about their experience with any bag you have in mind.
    - looking for real recommendations
    - The ONE will not appear and give you your model answer.

Get real. Please do your research and change your question to "which bag do you think suits my needs".
