Yeh, that's why I terminated Pacnet. Now termination also must pay termination fees of over $40 even when contract ends. Must be the only ISP that do so. I now surfing with 6500 liow. Forget about Pacnet.

I felt like upgrading to the Starhub 6.5mbps plan but with the copyright law in effect I got nothing much to download so I am sticking with 1.5mbps.

I'm switching from Pacnet 512 to either Singnet 1500 or Starhub 1500 during this IT Show. Any advice on the network upload speed & currently promotion?
    Thanks

think if u talk about upload, ADSL would be a better choice, but if u say 1500, think upload speed is same as your pacnet 512, only 256kbps (need to confirm), think the 3500 gives 384kbps...

also have to consider your location... if u use starhub at an area conjested with ppl using the same, i guess you are better off with a singnet 1500... if i remember correctly, starhub is shared bandwidth within the same area, ADSL is more dedicated... but also sees alot of complains from ppl using singnet, due to frequent disconnection.

think my block 10x10 (max) household... everybody use starhub also not as jia lat...
