A good first attempt I would say. Here're are my opinions.
#1 - looks like it was shot in the evening with lights on. For IR effect, strong sunlight is required for the filter to cut off the Infra Red spectrum of the sun's rays. This shot looks more like a night shot, but interesting twist to IR. #2 and #3 - must have been shot in the late afternoon or during an overcast. Although the IR effect is there, not enough sunlight to filter the Infra Red rays. That constitutes to the darker foliage and trees. For best IR effect, shoot with strong sunlight falling on trees and foliage and with the sun behind you. Join in the IR shoots. The next shoot is in the making. |

Thanks for your comments. Just to clarify, #1 is NOT an IR shot. Yes, #2 and #3 are taken at evening (actually after 7 pm already). No time to shoot during daytime due to family commitments, so do whatever I can given the time I have. Will try to shot during lunchtimes. Thanks again!
