Default 80-200 on D70

I have a friend with this combo, seems the lens is not firmly tight when mounted, is this an issue?

What I mean is that for this particular unit, a 2-touch, is not tightly fitted, can move slightly on the mount after locking. Other lens did not have the same free play.

This is normal for longer focal length lenses. It is also the same over at canon.

Actually my one-touch one was quite tight, so find it a little discomforting that a newer 2-touch should be a little loose...maybe it depends on the variation, but as long as its producing solid img, then its something that one can live with.....
