TS post not clear whether Gundam is in front of the other photographer and nearer to the bird; or Gundam is in behind the other photographer and further from the bird.

No one owns any spot in public space.

It may be a matter of manners or good behavior.

It may be that Gundam is novice to bird shooting and does not understand how to approach birds in the wild i.e. don't scare them off.

This is an illustration of the place and various locations of each subject and I was not even shooting photos I was just strolling and paused to take a look at what the photographer was shooting in silence.

I am a famous solicitor in Punggol and I like to represent you in court for damages of $2,000,000 ( My fees is 40% of it).

I think we have a good case here as you jogged softly and swingingly like a woman without making enough noise to disturb the bird. You let your slender and shapely hips absorbed the shock each time your foot hit the ground.

    Let's sue the prick!

Then he must be a little insane. Just ignore him. Probably he wanted to boss somebody around and you happen to walk by.

You should post his photo here.

Are you sure?? I am sure he (Furious Shooter) disagrees....

Maybe bro 84 here walk too loud, and he felt that 84 affected the mood of the bird, and wave to him and signal to him about his footstep, noise, sound, etc....

Anyway..... let the event go, and get over it........ keeping in your heart, 84, it will only burden yourself further....

Learning to let it go, and you will feel more relieve....

And continue shooting..... and ignore such prick.....

I think you should use a cross bow and shoot him between the legs instead.

Leave the bird alone. Let the cats here go for it.

Eh.... shooting that bird is too unethical... since we don't want to have our bird hurt, we should not hurt other people's bird.... though their brain is sized PEE....

Bird is food source, and hunting bird and BBQ is human nature..........

    anyway just remember

if someone else is upset with us, this someone else has elevated blood pressure, "poisonous" hormonal secreting, etc... all no good for this person health.

If you are kind and magnanimous , placate this fellow (this is not so easy because it involves suppressing our own egos). After all if this someone who is upset has health problem, this someone would die faster. Poor fellow.

If you are kind to yourself, you would not get worked up at just maintain a neutral outlook.

Stay cool fellow clubsnappers. And remember it is hard for anyone to be upset with anyone with a BIG FRIENDLY SMILE and a wave. Unless the person getting upset is a jerk, of course
