Default ...The Show...

"I'm still speechless abt this shot. Just do not know what to title it.
The mood and atmosphere seems sleazy, but in fact the occasion
wasnt. It was taken during a fashion show in orchard.
So, comment if you like."

"To those who have gone thru & commented (if any)
on my shots rojak shots (which I know all cmi) on Titles: 1-7.
Thks.
Btw, this is the one shot that I really like from the five rolls
that I spent on. Enjoy."

Nice, but will be nicer if you have faster lens, like prime lens with wider aperture so you can blur off the other people more.

Feels that this kind of mood, Black and white is better.

i think the shot is excellent as it is, and it works for me in colour. the reddish hues suggest a feeling of passion, and the focal point of the single man evokes the yearning for companionship. no need for shallow DOF here, as every player in the scene gives the overall shot its context.

Sometimes it's hard to actually try to convey what we like about a shot. Yes, the shot is a "snapshot" in a way, but to me it conveys much more than an average shot. Think along this lines: the pairings, the man, the wall, the colour tone. Look deeper into the picture and see whether you could feel anything. If there's some feeling to you, then it's a good shot to you. If not, just let it go. There are plenty of other images around anyway that will strike you.

What I see is a surprisingly "sick" shot, almost like some sleazy environment...

Max 2.8: I shot this with a yashica gsn 45mm/f1.8, superia 400.

Cheat & Zaren: I sometimes like the shot...I sometimes dont like it. cos it made me feel like the guy is the pimp to the gals.

reno77: some shots will strike you, some wont.

ortega: ha ha...i'm not sure if i want to title the pict with what you suggested.
