The morays probably have an anti-venom that counters the toxins of the blue-ring occy.

Photosmart, any images of Moray eating Blue-Ring Octopus?

It is actually the way, orientation how the moral "eats" swallows it. Similar to how a moray eats a scorpion fish. The toxicity of the blue ring is at it's "beaks"

how far were u from it?

does it run away beri fast ar?? coz most octo beri shy wor...

still waiting for my chance to meet an octopus that love to pose.... hee.

uh, the toxic part is the bacteria in the saliva, IF i remembered correctly. how big was this guy? was it shy?

yeah i think its the salivar thats toxic, but it'll only be nice if the octo is feeling threaten then the ring will glow

i was looking for this at sipadan.. no luck
