Jumping around with Mountainman in the darkness like the Blair Witch Project with spitting cobras all around... This is our concept of fun, just posting two yucky shots of a common palm civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus), according to expert opinion.. hehehhe
#1 - There is this little yellow bug that likes to walk on his face irritating him ![]() #2 - Wack it off... it was so comfortable with us till it yawns and preened!! ![]()

The key to night spotlighting is not in convoys... too little stelth. It's exposure, a keen eye, one good spot light and quick response that gets the shots. Ofcourse the animal must not be spooked too much and like this little cutie, just posed and posed, licking in paws and face. No worries... got lots of opportunities as long as the forests and plantations are there.
