A New Magazine in Town

Oh, I have just got the distributionship of this mag.
Its not available in newstand, must subscribe from me.... There is a Special launch offer... Its new in Singapore, but not in the other part of the world... Look at it, its already at issue number 3050. This issue is special because the focus is in Singapore, our Green & "fine" city... |

Whats the theme is going to be like? Deadline? Rules? Because in other forumI went to, we often had music production contest. It be great for photography cover contest. We can train up ourself on such photos. Learn from each other. But, who will be the judge? How many?  |

How about lets do an 8Days magazine cover....?
You choose your own story, but must follow closely the concept of 8Days... Its all up to your own creativity... How about that?? 1 week to submit your work to the editorial... (by 6th March) Then from 7th of March, there will be a voting from everyone here... Closing date for vote is also 1 week... 1st prize: Panasonic FZ30 (picture) 2nd prize: 300kg worth of Sand.... (collect it urself from ECP) 3rd prize: 100 pcs of free Junk mail from tkp77 haha.... cheers people... lets have fun.... prize are for kids.... Hope to see your work soon.... |

Surely your mind has something left behind...... josho  Alright, now for the serious part. What about getting suggestion for the 'Total Defence' thingy? For eg: what subject type to shoot, How to shoot. Then we can start hunting for the subject/s. Those not taking part can help the artistic one........ .......and I think tkp77 should go for it! After one night of thinking, really got no good ideas for it.... 8 Days is a weekly scoop magazine, with celebraties, entertainment news.... Must think in the line of entertainment... But I have little potraits shots... hmmm... squeeze... all brain juice out!!! haha.... Another problem is that the 8Days logo not easy to extract from the original... Don't know what is the font and size they use??? Any ideas guys?? |
