The ANT is AWESOME and the flash did a wonderful job! The spider is very good too but just a slight noise but overall, it is still an AWESOME shot!!!

tchuanye, your macro shots are fantastic, no wonder other pple call u macro king. I like the 1st spider, great colors, photo looks good for national geographic magazine

The look of this Ant is really cute isn't it? Only I find the reflected light very distractive. Any suggestions to avoid this? CP filter or reduce the flash intensity?

Was looking for spiders along the paths, but found this guy at the wooden Aerie (man made 5 storey tower), the tower along Route 2!

Agree with your observation. It was much worst than what you see here, I had to burn in the strong flash reflection. I don't think CP would improve it, but would make it harder to focus. To imrpove, I guess I have to adjust my flash power settings....but to get the shot right with the ant looking and still remain in focus, and with just nice flash output....well, too may parameters to do so.....this was the best of the lot, and I had to make do and improve by post processing. Thanks!
