Hmm, at a rough estimate, about 15,000 between July 25 and August 4.

How about asking how many 'good' digital shots have you taken?

Incidentally, that's a good question, and for once I have a vague idea as well, which I suppose gives me a good indication of what my keeper rate is like...

Personally take just under 4000 digital shots. Out of those shots, i barely have 60+ shots which i like really like. That put me at a hit ratio of 1.5%

However, numbers aside, from the use of my digicam, i have train up some of the fundamental of photography. Now, just barely taken my first steps into SLR, 3 (36 exposure) rolls so far and have around 3 picture out of every roll which i think is acceptable, but could have been better shots. Lastly, somehow, when using film, the trigger happy syndrome all gone. Finishing a roll can take a day or two if not longer.

Hmm, hit ratio of 1.5% seem too bad.

If he works 10 hours a day, that means 2.5 pics every min!

Considering that i started as a rookie with no experiences and no teacher and the fact i'm actually quite picky about the photos i take, so 1.5% seems not bad a percent.

Actually I've downgraded my estimate. I *do* know that I have 10 CDs of originals from the Games. That's about 600-700 pictures per CD, depending on how many were shot with which camera. And then from that amount I have to add the amount that are deleted straightaway in the camera without ever making it to the computer for whatever reason. So I think 10k is a reasonable guess.

2.5 pics per minute (ppm) might sound like a lot, until you realise that a motordrive does that in less than a second.
