Hi Megaweb,

You are right, it would be good to include the Kite in the pix.

But that require Wide lens and shooting from very low, like from the water level. This will require some kind of water-proof bag for the camera, which not in my procession. But it would be nice to do that... thx for your pointer.

Hi yymun,

For all the shots from Kiteboarding and most Windsurfing shots from my Website, I mostly use M metering mode. Reasons:

1. The action is fast which mean the sudden background changes and sometime sudden reflection from the sail and sunglasses may fool your meter.

2. When shooting in M mode, I can achieve consistence exposures for all shots. This is useful when I decide to join all shots from one sequence move into something like this....

hi, i like the photo!! how did u do that kind of pic?? always wondered how its done. is it on a single frame or multiple frames and then stiched together? hope u can share a bit on how u achieve that kind of photo. Thanks in advance!!

Just shoot as many frame as possible in C mode and join all frame together in PS.

this looks like the work of using D2X, where there is function for multiple exposures on one single frame like the pic you showed us...cool man!!!
